In addition to her creative work, Karen has spent years serving as an advocate for people facing difficult circumstances. She has supported individuals navigating domestic abuse and sexual violence, helping them understand their options and make informed decisions about their futures, and empowering them with the tools to move forward.
Karen also serves on the board of Micah's Place, continuing her commitment to supporting survivors and strengthening her community.
