Are your jewelry pieces handmade?
Yes. Every piece of jewelry at Karen’s Studio & Sweets is thoughtfully handcrafted and assembled by Karen. Many designs feature artisan-made beads, including lampwork glass beads, making each piece unique and one of a kind.

Are your pieces mass-produced?
No. Karen’s jewelry is not mass-produced. Each item is carefully curated and assembled in small quantities, ensuring that no two pieces are exactly alike.

What materials do you use?
Karen works with high-quality materials including:

All materials are selected with both beauty and comfort in mind.

Are your earrings safe for sensitive ears?
Yes. All earrings are made with nickel-free components, which are ideal for sensitive ears. Sterling silver upgrades are also available upon request for additional comfort.

Do you offer custom jewelry?
Yes. Karen welcomes custom orders and enjoys creating meaningful, personalized pieces. If you have a vision or special request, please reach out through the contact page.

Do you accept returns or refunds?
At this time, Karen’s Studio & Sweets does not offer refunds. Please continue reading for information about exchanges.
Shipping & Delivery
• Domestic delivery typically takes between 3-5 business days once your package has been dispatched.
• Contact us directly at karen@karensstudiosweets@gmail.com for LOCAL delivery or pickup availability.
• Orders are thoughtfully processed and prepared for shipment within 2-3 days.

Do you offer exchanges?
Exchanges may be available depending on the item. Karen will always do her best to work with you and ensure you are happy with your purchase whenever possible.
How much is shipping?
Karen offers flat-rate shipping on all orders to keep the process simple and predictable.
How long will my order take to ship?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within two business days. If there are any delays, Karen will communicate directly to keep you informed.

Karen cares deeply about every order and detail. Some beads may need to be special-ordered, so this will add significantly to delivery time. If this is the case, Karen will contact you and estimate how long that would be, so you can determine if it is acceptable to you.
